Gondwana Group was established by its highly experienced Executive Team focusing on four highly sought after investment sectors, namely the
residential property market via both equity and mortgage participation, the popular affordable housing sector, infrastructure sector and the renewable energy sectors. Gondwana’s investors are either wholesale or institutional investors within Australia.

Gondwana’s senior executives are highly experienced property, finance and fund managers. Their impressive and substantial qualifications include Financial Planning, Finance, Property, an Australian Credit Licensee and Accredited Mortgage Consultant.

The board has successfully managed funds and developed, in their own right, numerous mid to large scale residential developments in the Sydney market inclusive of the Sydney Norwest Growth Sector, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Canberra with sales exceeding $2b.

They pride themselves on astute acquisitions, rigid due diligence programmes and in-depth local area trends and knowledge.

Peter is a well credentialed property developer and investor who brings a wealth of experience to property funds management. Successfully completing numerous large-scale projects across Australia in both residential and commercial properties, Peter is known for expertly guiding clients regarding their investment opportunities. The aim being so that they achieve the best outcomes to suit their goals.

Darren is a leading executive finance broker, holder of an Australian Credit License, qualified financial planner, experienced property developer and former retail client wealth manager. With extensive knowledge of the financial, financial planning and property sectors and over 30 years’ experience in the field, Darren can strategically guide clients on making the best decision to suit their unique needs.

Christopher Coulter

Chris is a highly experienced fund manager with 25 years of expertise within the property and asset management industries. Chris has held senior roles with major groups including BTR Asia Pacific, Wing On Corporation, Savills, Knight Frank and Orchard Funds Management. Within these roles Chris has managed and transacted property assets across traditional and non-traditional property sectors in excess of $2bn. Notably in his role at Orchard Funds Management Chris managed the flagship Diversified Property Fund which had an asset value in excess of $1.2bn.

Affordable Housing aligns with Institutional and Superannuation Company’s Environmental, Social and Governance investment mandates and on a smaller scale promotes stable communities encompassing profit with purpose for socially responsible investors. Gondwana’s Executive Team are in early negotiations with the Federal and several State Government Agencies.
